Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your item to notify us if you’d like to return it. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not returned in a resaleable condition.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect product is sent.

Non-returnable items:

• Digital downloads
  

•            Nasal Sprays (Unless damaged badly in transit)
